You get photos every day. Not for marketing — so you always know what's happening on site, even if you're not there.
The estimate lists every line item. If something changes during the job, we tell you before we do it — not after.
We protect surfaces, clean up after ourselves, and leave the site as tidy as the work allows. It's someone's home — we act accordingly.
If a scope is outside our competence, we say so. We would rather lose a job than deliver something we're not proud of.
The people you meet at the estimate are the people who do the work. We don't pass your job to someone cheaper without telling you.
